Postage:

All orders are shipped with Australia post. According to Auspost guidelines a standard package can take between 2-9 business days and Express 2-4 business days. These can also vary depending on your location, public holidays and peak postage times such as Christmas. Bullen & Co accepts no responsibility for lost/stolen packages. However we will do our best to help recover them. All items leaving Bullen & Co are tracked to ensure they get to the destination safely.

 

Custom Orders:

As Bullen & Co are getting busier, we have stopped making custom orders. If you have something in mind, we would love to hear about! Although, please be aware that we may have to turn your custom order down.

 

Returns & Refunds:

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer change of mind refunds. Please contact us for any faults of a product via email at bullenandco8996@gmail.com.

With the current COVID-19 restrictions and cases, there will be no refunds unless the item/s are faulty and we can clearly see the fault.

Product Colouring & Display:

We like to show you the exact colour of an item, although this may change due to screen brightness etc. If there is a colour change you will mainly see it in the earring range. If you are not sure, just let us know!
